Schoolhouse Restoration
The original schoolhouse has been carefully restored and converted into 6 rare homes. These homes represent a piece of Murrayville’s history and retain much of the original building’s character. Featuring reused wood from inside the school on the finishing end of each unit we aimed to match the original look of the building from 1911.
Townhomes
Inspired by the form and style of the original schoolhouse, these spacious townhomes are designed to be more livable than a single family home. Their modern farmhouse design approach retains the nostalgic spirit of the location.
